We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Max + Moose! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on blankets that have not been washed or used within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the blanket and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the price of the blanket.
- For blankets that are unwashed and unused between 15-30 days of purchase, we offer a shop credit for the value of the blanket.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any blankets after 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds or returns are available on sale blankets.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at hello@maxandmoose.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send your blanket back to us.
