Returns
We gladly accept returns on products that have not been washed or used within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product.
- For products that are unwashed and unused between 15-30 days of delivery, we offer a shop credit for the value of the product.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products after 30 days of delivery.
- No refunds or returns are available on sale items.
- You are responsible to cover the cost of shipping on your return.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at hello@maxandmoose.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send your product back to us.
