Our products are made in some of the best ethical and sustainable factories in the world. Our Pima cotton pieces are sourced from Peru and made in the USA. Our knits are sourced and made in Italy.

For orders within the US, your order is typically packaged and shipped the next business day (please allow up to 3 business days during peak times such as launches, sales, holidays, etc.). Your order will ship First Class and take 2-5 days to reach you.

International orders are packaged & shipped within the same time frame but shipping time may vary depending on the country.

Duty fees are import fees charged on goods entering a country. These fees can occur depending on the item being imported and the country. These fees are not covered in shipping costs.

Our blankets are easy to care for and don't pill or fade after washing! We suggest washing in cold/warm water with like colors and tumble dry low for best results. To further protect your blankets, it is a good idea to wash them in a laundry bag to protect them from any zippers or buttons that may snag!

Sometimes things don’t work out. We understand! You can return your Max & Moose product if it has not been washed or used within 14 days of purchase. Once we have received the blanket, and it is up to standard, we will refund you for the price of the blanket.

If your blanket has not been washed or used between 15-30 days, we will give you a shop credit for the amount of the blanket. Anything over 30 days we will not be able to return.

No refund on sale blankets.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
